Active-Pro Aero LLC operates this online store and ships professional security equipment (CCTV, access control, and related products) to authorized dealers across the United States.

Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide from our Dallas–Fort Worth distribution center. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time are typically processed the same business day.

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or during holidays/weekends are processed the next business day.


Shipping Methods

Depending on the product size and destination, we ship using UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight services. Tracking numbers are provided via email once the order is shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. Qualified dealers may receive discounted or free shipping based on program eligibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

- Inspect all items upon delivery.

- Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

- Keep original packaging and send photo evidence if applicable.

- We will work with you to resolve the issue via refund or replacement.


Backorders

- You will be notified if an item is on backorder.

- In-stock items ship immediately.

- Remaining items ship once available, at no extra cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

To request changes or cancel an order, use this form. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.

Warehouse Pickup (DFW Only)

Local dealers may arrange same-day pickup from our warehouse. Please schedule your pickup at least 2 hours in advance.
